Looking to hire a Credentialing & Financial Manager immediately at the Vascular & Vein Institute of the South’s Germantown office. Responsible for ensuring providers are credentialed, appointed, and privileged with health plans, hospitals, and patient care facilities. Maintain up-to-date data for each provider in credentialing databases and online systems; ensure timely renewal of licenses and certifications. We are seeking a savvy, strong-minded individual with excellent people and administrative skills. Must be dependable, team-oriented, and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants MUST have a valid driver’s license and access to an operating vehicle.

MUST be willing to travel throughout the week to our various locations (Germantown, Millington, Oxford, Senatobia, Southaven, and West Memphis).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compiles and maintains current and accurate data for all providers.
  • Completes provider credentialing and recredentialing applications; monitors applications and follows-up as needed.
  • Maintains copies of current state licenses, DEA certificates, malpractice coverage and any other required credentialing documents for all providers.
  • Maintains corporate provider contract files.
  • Maintains knowledge of current health plan and agency requirements for credentialing providers.
  • Sets up and maintains provider information in online credentialing databases and system.
  • Tracks license and certification expirations for all providers to ensure timely renewals.
  • Ensures practice addresses are current with health plans, agencies, and other entities.
  • Audits health plan directories for current and accurate provider information.
  • Open, sort and distribute mail
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Reconcile monthly expenses and ensure proper documentation is collected on all expenses
  • Prepare and present reports as needed
  • Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the credentialing process.
  • Certification/Licensure: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
  • Experience: Two years of relevant credentialing experience
  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Associates in relevant degree preferred
  • Intermediate level Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and interpersonal) to effectively interface with internal and external team members
  • Ability to analyze data with creativity and innovation in mind
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask and manage work accordingly with minimal supervision

Hiring immediately a full-time vascular ultrasound technologist for the Vascular and Vein Institute of the South. Job includes great benefits with no call or weekend rotations.

Under general supervision, responsibilities include the following studies:

  • Carotid doppler/duplex
  • Arterial lower extremity duplex
  • AAA
  • Lower extremity venous insufficiency ultrasounds
  • Ultrasound guidance of vein ablations, Venaseal, ultrasound guided sclerotherapy and Varithena
  • Post vein ablation procedure follow-up scans
  • Dialysis access
  • ABI/TBI
  • Exercise ABI’s
  • Perform ultrasound examinations of patients for purposes of recommending a safe, effective treatment plan.
  • Perform all additional ultrasound examinations as required by the treatment plan determined by the Physician to ensure the effectiveness of treatment and safety of the patients.
  • Adhere to the standard time allotments for each type of ultrasound exam in order to maintain the efficient flow of patients during the course of the scheduled day.
  • Working with the office staff, administrative staff and Physicians to review the ultrasound schedule to ensure availability of ultrasound technicians to provide excellent and timely patient care and safety, and to maintain the patient load at an efficient and productive level.
  • Develop and maintain quality of work and skills to comply with the standards of care set by the company through continued education and interaction with other Ultrasound Technologists.
  • Maintain equipment and manage the supply inventory to ensure continued and effective operations.

Requirements Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Completion from an accredited Ultrasound program
  • Ability to work well in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work as part of a team
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience

Required: Must be registered within 24 months of graduation (and 12 months of hire); ARDMS preferred

$1500.00 paid at joining, $1000.00 at 6 months, and $1000.00 at 1 year.

The Vascular Institute is looking to hire a Radiology Technologist. The Radiology Technologist will work with other members of The Vascular Institute to provide patient services and is expected to participate in the appropriate team activities with the objective of providing a high standard of patient and clinical service.

The Radiology Technologist’s main role is to operate the C-Arm during Vascular procedures and assist physicians in procedures. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. Position involves managing and scheduling ultrasounds, procedures, follow-up visits, etc. The position requires the ability to work closely  with the surgeon on a daily basis while serving as an asset to a multi-functional team of clinical and non-clinical staff.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
