Jennifer McKee has invested more than twenty five years in various ways to improve patients’ lives and health, including as a private-duty and home health nurse, a clinical coordinator and director of eligibility and prior authorization, and as a clinical nurse liaison for several home health care agencies and pharmacy companies. While serving as a nurse at Senatobia Community Hospital, Jennifer helped spearhead the opening of a rural health clinic in Tunica, MS, before then co-founding JennCare in 2015 where she served as a director and senior leader for the Company, including oversight of day-to-day management of wound care centers throughout the Mid-South.
Mrs. McKee received her RN from Excelsior College of Nursing and MSN from Walden University. In 2019, she received her Family Nurse Practitioner board certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She also collaborated with WebMD to initiate and implement electronic eligibility and authorizations for home care services.
Her professional memberships include: Case Management Society of America, former board member; Memphis Area Wound Ostomy Continence Association, former chairman; Memphis Professional Network on Aging, member; American Association of Nursing Professionals, member; and, Association for Advancement of Wound Care, member.
Jennifer is an avid hunter and enjoys cooking, farming, white water rafting, music, friends and family. She is the mother of four delightful children. Her oldest daughter Kadey, 28, followed in her footsteps and is an ICU nurse at Lebonheur, her 26 year old son Patrick is a staff Sargent in the Unites States Air Force and is currently stationed at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, NM. Jennifer also has twenty year old twins in college.
