Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Shelby McDonald, DNP, FNP-C, is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a specialty in the management and treatment of vascular disease. She works out of Vascular and Vein Institute of the South’s Southaven, Mississippi, and Germantown, Tennessee, locations.
Shelby received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2012. She graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2018 with her doctorate in nursing practice with a specialty in family medicine. Shelby spent much of her nursing career at Baptist Memphis where she worked in both the ICU step down and cardiovascular intensive care departments, prior to joining the Vascular Institute in the fall of 2018.
She is a member of both the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Society for Vascular Surgery, and is dedicated to providing excellent care to all of her patients.

Samantha Hamblin, MSN, AGNP-C, is a nurse practitioner at the Vascular and Vein Institute of the South. She specializes in cardiothoracic surgery and vascular surgery, and is available to see patients at our Oxford, Senatobia, and Southaven, Mississippi locations.
Samantha graduated with her master’s degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2020 with Magna Cum Laude Honors and was a member of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She began her career in the medical field in 2002 as an ultrasound sonographer. During that time, she earned a degree in Psychology from Ole Miss in 2010. Some years later, she felt compelled to pursue a career in nursing. She received her RN degree with honors in 2016 and started her nursing career in the Emergency Department at Baptist Oxford. Samantha continues to challenge herself, and is dedicated to providing the absolute best care for her patients.
Samantha is married, has two handsome sons, and a sassy Aussiedoodle, Stella. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and can often be found at the baseball or soccer fields cheering for her two boys. Her hobbies include going to the shooting range, fishing, and traveling.

Samantha received her Bachelor of Nursing Science from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and worked at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford from 2013-2020 in ICU until she graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2020. Samantha then worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Oxford with a focus on diabetes until coming to VVIS. She is a member of American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists.
Samantha Clark is originally from Southaven, Mississippi, but currently resides in Pontotoc. She is married to Corey Clark and together they have one son, Cullen. When she is not working, she is busy at their church in Calhoun City where her husband is the pastor. Samantha truly enjoys treating her patients – both physically and spiritually!

Sitra Yonis, DNP, FNP-C, is a board certified nurse practitioner at the Vascular and Vein Institute of the South with specialty in the management and treatment of vascular disease. She is available at three office locations: Germantown, Midtown, and Millington.
Sitra received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Memphis in 2014. She graduated with her doctorate degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in 2018 with a specialty in family practice. Sitra spent her entire nursing career on critical care units before transitioning to her current nurse practitioner role.
She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is highly trained to manage and treat patients for all vascular diseases and is dedicated to providing excellent care to all of her patients.
Sitra enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. She has a large extended family, including family members across five continents.

Dana Williams, MSN, FNP-C is a board certified nurse practitioner at the Vascular and Vein Institute of the South with specialty in the management and treatment of vascular disease. She is available at 3 office locations: Germantown, Millington, and West Memphis.
Dana received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from the University of South Alabama in 2023. She has 19 years of extensive experience as a registered nurse with distinguished years at both Methodist LeBonheur Healthcare and St Francis Hospital- Memphis working in various units of Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), an outpatient cardiology clinic, and cardiovascular stepdown.
Proudly hailing from St.Louis, Dana enjoys cooking, traveling with her family, going to the movies regularly, and singing as a praise team member in her church choir.

Amy Crowe, ACNPC- AG is a nurse practitioner at the Vascular and Vein Institute of the South. She specializes in the management and treatment of vascular disease. She works out of the Germantown and Midtown locations.
Amy received her associate’s degree in nursing in 2003 at Northeast Community College in Mississippi. She advanced her career in nursing and received her Master of Science in Nursing degree in 2023 at Walden University. She is board certified through the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
